Cinnamon is a sweet girl who got lost and found herself at a shelter. She had bad skin, some bad teeth (including some that were broken), and some other health issues that the shelter cleared up. Her hair grew back, and she proved to be a happy, friendly girl. When we found a foster for her, we took her out of the shelter. She had to have an infected tooth removed but since then she's been doing well. She needs a home where someone is home, so someone who works from home would be an ideal person for her. She gets nervous when left alone so will also need a home where she can sleep in her person's bedroom -- if it's up to her, she'd prefer the bed, thank you very much. We believe once she learns she is home and gains some confidence she will not worry so much about being alone. If her people work, she'll be an ideal candidate for doggy daycare. Like all Shamrock dogs, she must be an indoor dog. Ideally she'll have a secure yard to hang out in when she wants, but she must be inside most of the time. Cinnamon gets along well with calm dogs. She's a smart girl and has learned some behaviors, including shake and sit. Like most chows, she's pretty fastidious. Being an older girl, she's mellow and easygoing. If you rent, we require written proof from your landlord that you are allowed to have a chow mix.
